I have over a decade of experience in educational leadership, community engagement, and early childhood education. In my role as Pumana Tangata (H&S/Property Lead) at Kaitiaki Kindergartens, I’m passionate about creating safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces for tamariki, whānau, and kaiako to thrive. I’m deeply committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and bring a strong understanding of Te Ao Māori and culturally responsive practice to my work. Promoting a strong culture of health, safety, and wellbeing across our teams is at the heart of everything I do.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband Phillip and our two daughters, Evie and Sylvie — they remind me every day why this mahi matters.
