I moved to New Zealand from the United Kingdom in 2001, spending my first ten years in Wellington before settling in beautiful Orewa on the Hibiscus Coast.

I am passionate about my belief that every child has the right to reach their full potential. This belief is what draws me to the kindergarten sector and motivates the work I do every day.

My strength lies in supporting those working directly with children and whānau, and I bring extensive business and operational experience, gained primarily within the not‑for‑profit social services sector in New Zealand to the role of Operational Leader | Kaiwhakahaere Rauemi.
