About us
At Glamorgan Kindergarten, we believe children are valued citizens of our community. We want every child to experience a welcoming, safe, stimulating, and affirming environment where they feel a strong sense of belonging. Our aspiration is for tamariki to be empowered, confident, and supported to lead their own learning journey, growing at their own pace, exploring their interests, and developing into capable, curious learners.

Our philosophy
Our philosophy is guided by Te Whāriki, honouring the bicultural foundations of Aotearoa and embedding the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi throughout our programme. We value an inclusive environment where diversity is embraced and partnerships with parents and whānau strengthen each child’s learning. As an Enviroschool, we are committed to fostering conscious thinking, kaitiakitanga, and sustainable practices, encouraging our community to work together toward a peaceful, thriving future.
